I used this company via my local oil club, to deliver home oil
Paid and the delivery was booked. On the delivery day, they failed to deliver. Next day I rang to chase. The nice lady said the driver didn't like the look of our drive, so went away without delivering?!? Turns out he'd come in a standard truck, despite a small one having been ordered (He didn't knock my door, or ring me, or let me know in ANY way, despite every other company we have ever used having no delivery issues, big truck or small...)
Anyway, she rearranged for several days later. By 3pm that day, still no delivery. As it
