From day one when Mark came to look at the job he was very professional and he gave us some good ideas when the lockdown came and the job was cancelled until we could get going again and as i had paid half of the money Mark assured us that the items had been ordered and not to worry because we were booked in and when he can get here he will.

I had a completely new bathroom fitted i.e. bath, shower, toilet, heated towel rail and free standing unit with a basin. I also had a new shower fitted in our en-suite.
They were very knowledgeable, professional and tidy. There were a few problems along the way (my fault) but nothing was too much trouble.
Most importantly, they were very easy to get on with and I would highly recommend their services.

Mark was recommended to me - and I now know why! He was able to sort out numerous plumbing problems in efficient and effective ways. He is 100% reliable - coming when he said he would, and his communication is excellent - replying to emails promptly so I knew just what the plan was. All this professionalism, combined with him being a really nice person, leads to a 5* recommendation!

Absolutely 💯 % satisfied with Mark and John.. They fitted me into their busy schedule when our shower sprung a leak and we were left with no water. Then they returned to fit our new shower 🚿. A friend recommended them and I would pass their details onto anyone who required a plumber. I cannot thank you enough.
