Very impressed with the high level of customer service I received when ordering a bath tub and radiator.
Called in to find out if the items were in stock and the friendly person I spoke to said that they would look out for the order, and push it through. How nice is that? The prices are very competitive (the reason for the order), but I really didn't expect this level of service, so thank you very much!
Items were delivered safely, well packaged and by an excellent courier who contacted me and delivered when they said they would. 5 stars from start to finish.

Bought and paid for a shower enclosure online.
Company confirmed sale and then refunded. Claimed no stock but I had already checked with the manufacture and they confirmed the enclosure was in stock. !!
I emailed explaining this, but didn't get a response and also noted the price of the enclosure had increased by over £200 online.
Mistakes happen but it is always better to admit them and not try and hide.
Trading standards next one stop. !!
