Great service from James. We were having a nightmare getting a plumber to replace our pipes due to a leak which left us without hot water for weeks. He was always quick to respond to text messages and got his quote over to us in the same day I spoke with him. When the insurance company approved the quote, I messaged him on Monday and he was here on Wednesday morning to do the job which was very much appreciated by us. Very friendly and professional and would certainly use again.

Don't normally do these reviews but Jim was prompt, efficient and friendly when fixing a leak in my bathroom, all at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend him.

I rang a lot of plumbers in town,but only them responded. They managed to assess our problem in the same day eventhough they are busy. Their advice on how to fix our shower room was perfect. The most interesting part of it is they did not charge me of anything eventhough he travels all the way from our place. I dont know how to thank them, all i can say is they deserve to be the best in town.

After ringing 7 plumbers before I found this company, 4 didn’t answer the phone, 2 couldn’t come out for over a week and 1 wanted to charge over £100 for an hours work.
I was so desperate by this point, and Jim literally came and did the job a few hours later on his way home.
He was literally the most professional, efficient, and friendly plumber I’ve had the pleasure to meet, and I can’t recommend him enough.
Fantastic value for money and I will most definitely use him again.

Jim guided us through the whole process of getting our ensuite back in use after a long term undetected water leak had undermined floor and wall tiles.
Like many home renovation projects there were unexpected complications, which Jim took in his stride and we ended up with a finished room that was much better than our expectations.
From sourcing sanitary ware, organising and supervising other tradesmen he had confidence in, to completing the final touches, we could not fault his skill and service.
