From a leaky radiator valve to complete system replacement, we have a specialist team who undertake all kinds of radiator, pipe and control system work including servicing, maintenance and full installations of oil, gas and LPG systems. Our gas heating engineers are trained to the benchmark 'Gas Safe' standard and carry out all aspects of gas work including Landlord checks.
All our plumbers work very hard to deliver the highest level of workmanship in our industry. First time using this company for annual boiler service. Very pleased with service provided, friendly, professional staff from the office staff to the engineer. Kept informed all way through process from confirmation of appt a few days before to call from engineer re eta on day of appt. No hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use again.

I've used Tonepohl plumbers a few times now, and I don't think I'd use anyone else. As with previous visits, the plumber (Tom) that came round to fix my leak was prompt, friendly, professional and efficient. He was also very tolerant of my dog 'helping' the whole process. Highly recommended.

From diagnosis to repair was less than a week, which is impressive given Tonepohl have suffered from the 'pingdemic' and this was only a minor leak that had developed over a number of years. We received an excellent, professional job carried out by a very competent, properly trained and tidy craftsman. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and without taking up flooring. This is the second time we've had them round for various plumbing work and they are, without qualification, quite excellent. 10 out of 10.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Carl and Neil at Tonepohl plumbing when we had a problem with our boiler resulting in no hot water. They not only fixed the problem promptly with their clear expertise and knowledge but were very friendly and made us feel like our problem matter to them.
