Andy is the boss and owns the company. Not only is Andy a boiler repair engineer, but he has nearly 30 years in the building industry, working with very large construction companies and has managed a large volume of his own project designs. From floors to walls, John is very particular selecting the correct adhesives for each tile design.
We have caried out hundreds of bathrooms, kitchens, heating systems & general plumbing all over south devon. We have 2 Carpenters carrying out work in different areas such as cut roofs, uprated floor joists, bay windows & velux windows. I have been repairing boilers for customers & other plumbing companys for nearly 30 years.

We at Water Tight plumbing and heating will be more than glad to advise you on what system and what type of boiler best suits your needs, however if you are interested in doing a bit of research yourself here are some considerations to think about.
1 in every 3 spent on energy in the home is instantly wasted. If everyone with gas central heating installed a new condensing boiler we'd save over 13 million tonnes of carbon dioxide a year, as much as the annual emissions of over 2 million homes. With the recent increases in gas prices we have found a growing demand for energy efficiency boilers.
Air source heat pumps absorb heat from the outside air. This heat can then be used to heat radiators, underfloor heating systems, or warm air convectors and hot water in your home. An air source heat pump extracts heat from the outside air in the same way that a fridge extracts heat from its inside.
