Well, despite the only other review being a five star review i was extremely disappointed by this company. They were very polite but they did an extremely poor job of removing the tree stump from my lawn. In fact when they were packing up i went out into the garden and very quickly identified large parts of the stump that they had missed. They quickly dug these up and apologised however later when i went out and removed the stump grindings from the hole so i could turf the area i found other large areas of both stump and root that they had missed, just under the soil.
