Removing and relaying lawn. Ptree provided a competitive price and communicated very well regarding timescales etc. Team did an excellent job, nothing was a problem, cleared up on completion left the garden spotless. All of this was done in torrential rain good for the lawn miserable for the two lads, but not a word of complaint. Would happily use Ptree again.

An excellent service all round. The initial visit was informative and the quote was comprehensive and reasonable. The 2 young men who came round to do the work were polite and knowledgeable, kept us informed throughout and did an excellent job of trimming the trees. We are very happy with the quality and appearance of the work and would highly recommend Ptree to anyone looking for tree surgery services.

We have used Ptree several times for the trees and hedges in our garden and have always found them to be professional and helpful.
They always do a very good job and do a really good job of tidying after themselves.
They're very friendly and approachable and will always answer any questions I have.
I wouldn't use another company to do work in my garden.

Jim and the team provided a professional service, from inspection and quotation through to carrying out the job itself. Careen in the office communicated regularly with expected timescales, and responded to emails punctually. In summary, they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Their prices in my view, are reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Jim came to give us a quote for major tree surgery, hedge cutting and all overhanging branches from both neighbours to be removed. The quote was received quickly and was accepted immediately! A few weeks later Greg and Peter arrived and took 4 days to do the work. They never stopped, no matter the weather, asked us at every stage of the work if the heights were okay for us and the garden was left immaculate every evening. They went above and beyond what we requested and we are delighted with the end result. We have so much more light in the garden and no fear of trees or neighbours branches damaging

We used Ptree Surgery to remove 10 or so trees from our back garden.
Communication was great re arranging dates and times etc.
Jim and his team were exceptionally professional and friendly!
The garden was left clean and tidy..... you would not even know that there had been any trees there before!

After a competitive tender where there price was the lowest, the team from Ptree carried out some tree felling for us last week - including 3 dead ash and a cyprus that grew right next to our greenhouse and, if it ever fell, would have hit our main roof.
They finished the work sooner than expected, with all the trunks neatly logged and the rest chipped for use in the garden, all in freezing conditions and, of course, a Covid secure manner. .
