Both Matthew and Luke went the extra distance I needed to to satisfy myself that I was in excellent hands. Both of these gentlemen were so very friendly and very polite. I was put under no pressure to buy anything and was only joined by one of them at my request. Naturally, I bought my carpets with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate in giving them my recomendation and I will definitely be returning next time round.

You can't beat shopping locally!
We'd been shopping around for floor covering for our refurb'ed kitchen and popped in on the off-chance.
Matthew was both professional and attentive, listening to what we wanted (or thought we did) and even suggested he would pop to Leiston to measure up himself. Good job he did as the existing floor would have ruined the new covering in no time at all. So he arranged his guys to float ur floor first and then come back to lay the new covering and what a job they did! Well done guys we are very happy with the job and will be back for more.
