Services
How long will is take for the lock to be opened? A standard rim cylinder (Yale lock) generally doesn't take longer than 15mins in the worst case scenario. It can however be opened within a matter seconds depending on the quality of the lock. A 5 lever British Standard mortice deadlock is a high security lock and is therefore alot more challenging and will need more time and patience.

I contacted Sean late Sunday night when I managed to snap my key in my front door ( no idea how I did this and as a result my husband was v crossed with me !) … thankfully Sean was able to help and was able to attend first thing Monday !… he was very prompt and extremely professional - highly recommend him ps husband happy again !:)

Sean was great to work with - his communication was great, and he was sensitive to the situation of an elderly relative at whose property he was working. I came home late afternoon, opened the back door and the handle disconnected leaving the latches all poking out and I couldn't close the door. I made the call and was told 30 minutes. Very quickly the Locksmith arrived. Our stable door is really tricky and required a great deal of skill and ingenuity to dismantle and sort the problem. Absolutely first class honest service, the door now closes and locks perfectly. I was so impressed with Sean I have arranged a second appointment to have a service on all our window locks. Thank-you so much.
