Services
We provide front and back doors which are available in a wide range of styles and colours ranging from white PVCu or wood-grain PVCu coloured foils. Our doors can be customized to meet your exact requirements to include letter box, door knockers, and handles of your choice. Doors can be designed with or without midrail incorporating a wide range of glass and panel designs.
Our composite doors are traditional looking yet combine the stunning appearance of natural wood with the all the benefits and security of a composite door. Each Composite door is fitted with a high security locking mechanism in a solid timber core, which provides excellent security, thermal properties and acoustic performance.
Stable doors are able to open the top section of the door whilst leaving the bottom section closed. The upper door section has a lever/lever handle operating the top part of the door independently. The lower leaf has a concealed lever, operating a lock which allows the bottom part of the door to open also.
French Doors allow natural light into your house giving you a feeling of space and light that will brighten any room. Our French doors are easy to operate with handles on both doors, one of which will operate the master door. High security, provided by Yale multi-point locking systems to both the primary & slave door.
All door leaves fold flat to the inside or the outside of the opening providing maximum clear opening space. Doors can be made to fit any aperture and be made with PVCu or Aluminium. Colours range from white to a choice of woodgrain effect foils. Choice of 3 threshold options such as a low threshold, disability/ramp threshold or a room divider threshold.

We have used South Shropshire Glass for over 15 years, a very large conservatory & porch to a 16th century cottage & total glazing & doors to a new house including feature total gable glass window with doors---ask Paul Hopton for pics when considering them.

Can't speak highly enough of South Shropshire Glass and the service provided. I had a really difficult job for them, needed to add a top-spec all year round room onto an existing porch. Good advice and expertise to start with plus excellent customer care, saw the job completed within the timeframe quoted. Great care taken to ensure that porch, (built 5 years ago by another builder), and new room matched in style and materials - to such an extent that visitors can't believe it's new build. That's how well they've done the job. Good surrounding patio style finish rounded the job off well. Builders

Having recently moved into a 400 year old timber framed house, we decided it needed new windows. After contacting the Council to confirm any restrictions, we chose SSG for their experience and knowledge to fitting windows to old buildings. The initial survey was completed soon after with a follow up visit to confirm measurements and an in-depth and thorough check of all windows to be replaced and the detailed work to be undertaken.
The office staff continuously kept us informed by phone or email and once the windows had been made, we were given a date for the work to start.
