Opening in central Preston in 1983 then soon afterwards in Blackburn, Lea Hough has grown to become an established and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors. We have expanded and diversified over the years to meet the changing needs of our clients and the requirements of the Lancashire and Cumbria property markets.
Establishing and now heading up the Building Surveying team, along with Michael, Paul is a dedicated and very busy member of the Lea Hough team. Day to day he is predominantly focused on professional consultancy services and project management, as well as managing a team of building surveyors. Paul has a broad range of surveying skills and detailed knowledge of property and construction.

Lea Hough carried a survey at my property to assess my renovation project, both interior and exterior. The survey was completed promptly and efficiently by knowledgeable and highly qualified staff. The survey explained to me what was feasible and what wasn't. Lea Hough also suggested a number of suppliers and contractors to carry out the work. These also proved reliable and skillful and in due course the project was completed with excellent results.

Absolutely fantastic company! Me and my partner are currently renting our first home with them and they have been nothing but wonderful right from the start. Our house was well taken care off before we moved in and there has only been a slight issue with the shower which was dealt with straight away. After renting from here, our standards for a land lord are extremely high and we would happily use them again whenever we move again!
