Avoid these surveyors at any cost. I am currently in the process of bringing a complaint against Colin Volker to the RICS and the Ombudsman. Acting as surveyor on more than one Party Wall Agreement, due to what I believe to be misconduct, he caused up to a years delay in relation to one property, and the fabrication of a Party Wall Dispute in relation to a second property in order to cause additional delay and expense.

To the contrary of the previous review that has been left for this company, I had a surveyor come to my house in order to inspect some shoddy work for the purpose of compiling an expert witness report to use at a court hearing because I am suing the double glazing company who did the installation. I found the gentleman who came to be polite, informative and professional. I have no complaints about his work, attitude or the service that I received. His report was well written, accurate and put together in a way that was suitable to be used as evidence in court.
