Approached WSS to quote to repair a faulty intercom system for a residential block of flats. Engineer came out to diagnose and quote for repair. Very reasonable price and once accepted the job was completed within 48 hours. They also came back out promptly to reprogram the service button that was no longer working once this was reported.

The first gentleman who came to fix our buzzer wasn’t warming a mask (during lock down!) and my flatmate is immunocompromised. We pointed this out and he said, ‘it’s in the van, sorry’ and continued... Once the buzzer was replaced, we get complaints from a few neighbours that front door is now permanently open, a clear security risk. One of our neighbours gets someone else in to fix it. He turns up at our door to ask if he can have a look at our buzzer. After inspection, he takes off the handset and see that the wires which opens the latch at the front have been permanently twisted together

New entrance door to block of flats in Rutherglen took two months to complete. Door fitted in same day, one out and one in. Then the problems started. Four spars over the glass same as existing, never sanded between coats of stain. Quote was for like for like but had to email WSS to come back with kick plates. External plate was measured wrong and not fitted. WSS came up with a solution, I purchase a kick plate and fit myself! Great idea as we only paid over £1600 to get new door, like for like.
