I would give 0 stars if possible, as students we had a very poor experience with this agency and would strongly advise any other students to avoid renting through them. The agency fees for renting are very high, the property was dirty when we moved into it and a lot of furniture/ amenities clearly hadn't been replaced for a number of years as we had many issues during our time in the property. We also had a very lengthy dispute over the deposit when leaving, we eventually had to use the deposit protection service to issue a statutory declaration form to gain our deposit back (less a check-out fee
