I would strongly recommend against using this firm. I chose to pay for a detailed survey but unfortunately the surveyor failed to pick up that the roof needed to be replaced. Two weeks after moving in, I had a significant leak resulting in a bedroom needing to be redecorated and subsequently the roof removed and replaced. I spoke to numerous different professionals, all of which confirmed that this would have been obvious at the point of the survey. I approached Hurst Associates and waited 6 weeks for a rude reply. I have enquired about the firm’s complaints handling procedures and given details
