Theres a difference between a good service and a great service.
I was very impressed by Hamza who provided a customer centric experience from the moment I entered Homes Tiles to the final completion of the delivery of all items. His knowledge on the tiles and also ated products made the purchasing smooth.

Was recommended to go here by someone who worked in a different tile shop which says a lot about these guys. Soon as I walked in the service was impeccable by Phil all the guys are very knowledgeable and experienced in this industry, gave the best price V’s other companies. Very accommodating and I will be returning. They have a great range and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone

Was let down by an online retailer, visited Tile House was helped by Stan. From start to finish excellent customer service skills, ordered what I needed and had them delivered in 2 days. Even needed more tiles and luckily Stan had ordered spare. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for tiles 👍🏼

I was really happy with service from Tile house - the store assistant gave us so much help and advice in choosing the tiles and showing all the tiles based on our colour scheme and expertise on what would be needed to fit the tiles grout etc that was much appreciated 🙏. Then going out of the way to get delivery at a short notice what more can a customer ask for !
The shop has tiles to suit all tastes and styles I haven't come across a shop like this before where I was spoilt for choice .

I have used Tile House Canning Town branch to make the purchase for the whole renovation of my house. Mr Akla was brilliant in his customer service and made the whole purchase process very simple and convenient for me. I have been to Tile House few time since then and they have delivered the tiles and bathroom materials on time. Now they are delivering the last part of my delivery which is the tiles for the garden and driveway. Highly recommended

I bought new range Plazzo tiles (pictured) for my kitchen and entire tiles and furnitures for a new bathroom at excellent discounted prices.
The staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to help and advise me and answer many of my questions. Excellent choice of tiles and provided great advice.
