Designworks Tiles

Most appalling service EVER! One lady I spoke to seemed ever so lovely and helpful and the other lady who came questioning me about the tiles I was picking seemed to be so rude, frustrated and annoyed for some odd reason. Did not make any sense to me as to why one worker said I was able to take some samples bearing in mind I even asked to pay for them. She literally made me feel little asking me where I was from. Some people are SOOOO miserable for no reason. If you work in customer service act like it.

Some of the staff where great. But they just ended my account at the drop of a hat due to some technicality. Gutted!

Working as a buyer for Myriad Contract i have dealt with Designwork tiles for many years now. The staff are very professional and caring and the products are excellent quality. Great company to work with.

Superb Service! Was looked after by Amy Glanville who was knowledgeable in the marble products we required. Went as far as sourcing them from their HQ in USA to help meet our deadlines. Great communication throughout, look forward to repeat business.

I work with Design Works Tiles through my Company Clay Interiors. The service is efficient, professional, friendly and nothing is to much trouble. I usually deal with the lovely Robb who has had samples to my clients within 48 hours of every request which reflects positively on my Company too and as a consequence I have secured many orders. The brochures, folders and samples provided has given me the tools to approach many builders, architects and designers and with the support of the team at Designs Works Tiles my new Company is growing successfully!!

I chose some tiles from this company's Clerkenwell studio believing that the location and stylish showroom were an indication of quality products and decent customer service. I was wrong on both counts. I was initially told that whilst most of the tiles were made in-house, 'some' were bought in: I was told the tiles I was interested in were manufactured in Italy. Having chosen the tiles my building contractor went into the showroom a few days later to buy them. He was told they were not held onsite and that they had to be ordered from Devon. We build very high quality swimming pools and have used Design Works for a while now, they have great customer service, the reps visits often and the sales team understand everything we require. I would recommend anyone using these guys for tiles, adhesives and grouts from all good suppliers.

It's not often I feel inclined to write a testimonial for a supplier, but after over 15 years using Design Works products and never having the need to complain I felt it only fair to write something about their attributes. Bearing in mind, as we are a small luxury swimming pool construction company with the need to only use absolute quality products on our projects, we have used Design Works products ever since becoming aware of the company, basically the points that has kept us with them is the quality of the product they sell & service, plus the knowledge of the people that we deal within the
