During all my years I have not ever experienced such an amazing customer service and relations in my entire life. I refurbished 2 bathroom and this was the only store that had the most luxury beautiful modern tiles for what I wanted to do. On top of that from the very start their staff (Alex) helped share some amazing ideas that worked very well and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Very happy experience from this company. Very helpful staff who helped us to order bathroom tiles.
The order was delayed but the staff kept in touch and pressed for the delivery to come as soon as possible.
In the end we had to return some tiles and the staff did this without any hassle.
Great support from Kapil and Jasdev who were very generous throughout.

Doing up the bathroom and wanted to keep the nice porcelain tiles I fitted in 1996! Needed a few more and tried all the big tile shops but found nothing close, however found an almost perfect match in Home Tiles. Really pleased. And appreciated them carrying the box to my car and saying they can give a refund on unused tiles. Great service.
