ForeSite Surveyors was established by Jonathan Graham who is also the Principal Surveyor. Having been educated in Cardiff, Jon attended the University of Glamorgan achieving a 2:1 Honours Degree in Estate Management & Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999. Jon is also an RICS Registered Valuer.

Jon was very quick and thorough in the survey he carried out for me.
I had the findings back in 3 days. What he found give me the decision to pull out of the house I was buying and the seller to carry out his own survey to rectify the problem. I would recommend Jon for his professionalism and quickness of response.

Jon was very obliging and managed to fit us in at very short notice in the run up to Christmas. The survey report he produced was written in clear English that made it easy for any layman to read. It was detailed and informative and empowered us to confidently return to the vendors and renegotiate the asking price.
