I have been working in the property sector since 1988 when I started as a trainee negotiator in a firm of Estate Agents. I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential property having surveyed many thousands of all types of property over the y ears. I work closely with my clients to ensure that the final report and advice given in the report is exactly what they need in order to make a reasoned judgement about buying a property.
Also known as a Structural Survey and the most comprehensive report available. The Surveyor will look at the complete property and give a detailed opinion regarding the state of every single aspect of the building. This is probably our most popular type of report and our specialist area of expertise.
First Class Service We asked Jeremy to undertake a full structural survey on a cottage we were considering purchasing. We chose this company because the cost was competitive and it offered the opportunity to be present while the survey was being done. We found this extremely helpful as Jeremy was able to talk to us at length about his findings - in a lot more detail than could be written in a report.
