Tom has been working all over the UK for 13 years, providing a whole host of tree surgery benefits. Born and raised in the Midlands (and 5 years in Scotland) before qualifying at Easton College in Norfolk. Tom has worked to improve his knowledge at every turn, which includes advanced climbing techniques and achieving certifications such as 'Professional Tree Inspector'.
Providing reports into the health of your trees (assisting with H&S reporting and insurance requirements). Consultancy outlines any issues with the health and safety concerning trees and any planned developments, where trees and planned developments have an impact on people. Consultancy offers a maintenance and management programme to any trees affected.
Providing information on the position of trees in your care in relation to your buildings and any routes or services used by the public. Looking at the position of the trees and their extending roots in relation to your buildings or indeed your plans for additional developments. The numbering of the trees and listing of their species, giving you more information on your environment.
Using GPS technology and OS maps we can provide you with a map to view your plotted trees that is accurate to within 1.2m. Providing a 'to scale' drawing of your landscape that can assist to achieve planning permission for future developments and complies with industry standards. Plotting, recording and monitoring your trees; providing recommendations for any works where required.
We'll carry out a closer inspection into how many houses your tree is providing for our furry friends and who the residents are. Tree inspections identify anything we cannot see from the ground by climbing and recording the data by taking photographs we can more accurately determine the health/condition of the tree by detailing any defects; following inspection reports and recommendations can be provided to advise of any remedial works.
