Pro-Line Window Co have just completed an exceptional installation of replacement windows, doors and porch to our cottage. From the initial concept and quote by John, the detailed measure by John and Matt and the precision installation by the team ( Matt, Paul and Chris) Pro-Line make the process very simple. John and his team kept us informed about our order for replacement doors due to delays beyond their control, soon as they arrived they arranged to fit them two days later.
The two man team did a fantastic job and left no mess behind.
We are thrilled with the new doors and wish we had replaced them earlier, we would highly recommend.

Really delighted with new sash windows, transformed cottage from a semi-derelict to period, which is what it always was. Paul did a fantastic job in fitting them leaving no mess afterwards. And they were fitted just before the heatwave hit, meaning I could breathe easy even in the baking temperatures.

A great experience from start to finish. John gave us excellent help and advice in designing a conservatory to fit our property. Then Matt and Joe the fitters arrived when agreed. They worked so hard and it was completed super fast. It looks amazing - totally transformed our house. They also fitted a window and worked very tidily in the house. Very neat workmanship.

Have just had all windows replaced (17 Windows!). John was extremely helpful with good ideas and advice. He promised a competitive price and wouldn't haggle or chase us. He also gave us a realistic timescale for manufacture. In the end his, price was the best we got, the quality of the windows was excellent and he exceeded our expectations on timescale.We thought it would take at least 5 days to fit them all, but the team of 3 guys did the full job in 3 days! They took care of the house inside, using dust sheets to protect the carpet and furniture and cleaned up after themselves each day. All rubbish

Excellent service from the moment we called for a quote to completion of the job.
Very accomodating when it came to the fitting date which they quickly changed to suit my days off.
As for the fitting I commend the gentleman who carried out the work who in my mind went above and beyond cutting the trimming to fit the door surround to fit neatly into the awkward shapes of the granite walls and making good damage to the rendering caused by removing the old door frame.
I can not recommend this company highly enough.
