We ask you not to use the bath for five days in order for the new surface to cure naturally. The one year Renubath guarantee applies. For those in a hurry. This service is as the 3 star service but utilises infra-red heat technology so the bath is ready for use the next day and comes with a one year Renubath guarantee.
Retiling is a time consuming, messy, expensive business, often requiring re-plastering of the backing wall prior to new tiles being applied. Renubath can resurface your tiles to any colour, in a fraction of the time and cost of retiling the room. This has the added benefit of not needing to re-grout and makes the tiles easy to clean.
Where a bath or shower tray has been damaged during installation or as a result of impact damage or chips when in situ, Renubath can speedily and efficiently effect a local bath repair that is virtually impossible to detect. Often when the bath is damaged in these scenarios the bath will have some chips.
Q - What is the Rolls Royce Treatment? A - Our famous Rolls Royce Treatment is so called as it is basically the same procedure used on your bath as Rolls Royce, Bentley and such high end car companies use to finish their cars. We apply the materials thicker than normal when we are resurfacing the bath.

Two years later, within Renubath's two-year warranty, I drew the company's attention to cracks and deformities in the enamel layer. A technician was sent to rectify the… problem. Be warned that unless you pay for their Rolls Royce service you don't get a smooth finish. They don't make this clear in their information - I was only told by the technician on the day that I would need to upgrade if I wanted a decent finish. I was left with 'nibs' which are quite sharp and some areas which looked like chips. The technican did come back but all I got was 'I told you so' and a bit of paint over the chips. The technician told me that he was self employed so would be out of pocket spending any time putting the finish right.

Absolutely terrible customer service. First appointment a no show, second unable to complete the job. Correspondence with the Manager Teresa Kane was rude and unprofessional and included being blamed for their… inconvenience and shouted at. Quite a lot of similar complaints on here so beware! Full payment upfront made me uneasy and now I see why. Seek services elsewhere.

Had our bath re sprayed, great job. Unfortunately the wallpaper was damaged, the person who did the job did not tell us about it. We contacted the company and explained to them that when we booked the job we… did not factor in that we had to repaper the wall. I was told that if i looked at the email they sent me the company was not responsible for damage to wall paper or paint! Very disappointed in their answer. The guy could have stuck the tape about 10 inches higher on the picture rail and avoided any damage. At the end of it i had to pay a decorator £500 to wallpaper the bathroom

Thomasz, who came to resurface our very worn old bath a few days ago, arrived bright and early and over the next few hours worked tirelessly to bring our bath surface back to its former glory. The result is amazing and the bath looks good as new. This young man is obviously a most dedicated and thorough worker, polite quiet and efficient. No disruption was caused to our daily life and the bathroom was left clean and tidy at the end. He deserves a bonus I would recommend this firm to anyone wishing to give an old bathroom a new life at a bearable price and with minimal disruption.

From start to finish RBS has been a pleasure to deal with. The staff have been knowledgeable, helpful and professional. My tired old cast iron bath has been brought back to life. Now white and shining it looks simply stunning! The technician, Terry, obviously takes a great pride in his work. Only one complaint I now need to purchase some new taps so the hitherto perfectly fine looking ones won't let my 'new' bath down!

The repairer arrived on time and was clear about what he could do. The job was completed within an hour. The quality of the repair is very high; it is impossible to tell where the work has been done. It's much cheaper and easier than having a bath replaced. Cost is the only reason why I haven't given five stars, but it is still definitely worth the money.

A cast iron bath which was matched perfectly to other non-white units in my combined bathroom/toilet. A very pleasant technician who worked tirelessly throughout the day and left the bathroom as he found it - neat and tidy. They renovated a 16 year old shower tray for us this week.
Everything went as expected and a very good result has been achieved.
They replied to my request for a quote and reviewed the photos I sent to them over a weekend. They were able to do the work within a few days too which was really appreciated.
We have no hesitation in recommending them. John worked in a tidy and efficient way making sure everything was properly covered up and protected so that only the tray was refurbished.
This is a better solution than replacing the tray if you don't want to replace tiles and spend a lot of time

My bath, toilet and basin were resurfaced this year and the result is very pleasing. This is such a hard-water area, the bath surface was rough and difficult to clean. The shine after it was finished, I could almost see my face in it. This was like having a new bathroom suite at a fraction of the cost.

Renu Bath Services were contracted to re-surface my bath in August 2014.
The work was completed on time, on budget and with minimum disturbance. The result was perfect and the tired cast iron bath beautifully restored. The bath has been used regularly and the only cleaner is a dilute bottle of washing up liquid, even though the water supply is of medium hardness. I expect this bath to provide good longterm service.
I would strongly recommend RBS to anyone needing to restore older baths to a high standard.
