I booked Midland Alarms to do an upgrade on an existing system that I have inherited in a house move. I have never had an alarm system before, so I was a little nervous about having one. But I had nothing to worry about! Kevin was polite, punctual and very good at explaining everything to me. He was done in no time and took me through the whole system and made sure I was happy before he left.

Midland Alarm fitted a new system for our home a couple of years ago. Their services are very professional and delivered in a helpful and totally friendly way. Yesterday our system flagged up that it needed service, so I phoned Midland Alarm and straight away spoke to Steve who advised me that whatever was needed could be achieved remotely. He then went into our alarm system online, did what was needed and also updated the HKC firmware to make it simpler for any future changes.

Steve visited to change the batteries in our alarm box. We have had our alarm system for 2 years. Any problems are dealt with quickly. The mobile app is brilliant and allows us to control the alarm when we are away from the house. I would have no reservation recommending Midland Alarm Services.

Excellent service. Had an issue with my alarm and Steve rang me and talked me through fixing it over the phone. He could have easily come out and charged me a call out fee etc. It's great in this day and age to find someone who is genuinely honest and wants to help and isn't just about trying to make a quick buck. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future. Thank you

Amazing service. We moved to htis house with an alarm but no code to use. Was recommended to use this company which we are so grateful we were, the service we received was exceptional from the time we spoke to the lady on the phone to the engineer Kevin arriving he was timely, very Knowledgeable, friendly he explained everything clearly to my husband and I. Managed to resolved our issue. Exceptional service. I would highly recommend this company.
