Lots of companies can do tiles and we had a number of quotes for our patio, however, the communication with Alpha Tiles was outstanding. All thanks to Barbora who dealt with me. Great experience at Alpha Tiles. Barbora was fantastic throughout the process of buying tiles for our kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas. Right from helping us choose right till delivery the service was excellent.
A few things to point out:
We were directed to Alpha Tiles by our kitchen supplier; given the quality of their kitchens, I was fairly confident that they were recommending a business with a good reputation and products
You will not get a flashy showroom and sales people. Instead you will get Barbora, who is very personable and will look after you from the time you are browsing till

Alpha tiles in Kingsbury was for sure the best tile showroom we've visited. They have a large range of big samples in their showroom, their prices are much lower than the high street shops and they have many options from Italian factories. Babs was really helpful and knowledgeable on the subject and help me and my husband to choose the perfect tiles for our Kitchen, Bathrooms and living room for a great price. Highly recommended.

Our experience of Alpha Tiles & ESB Flooring has been an absolute joy. The choice of tiles and flooring is vast and they have very attractive designs in tiles. We found that they are one of the most competitive on price too. We were served throughout by Barbara - and she was absolutely fantastic. A warm and friendly person, Barbara took a genuine interest in our house renovation project and recommended the right style of tiles and flooring that complemented the look we were trying to achieve.
