Absolutely great- had an urgent problem with the boiler, was repaired within 3 hours from original phone call. I had a broken boiler and called up for the first time to enquire about a repair. Within 2 hours they had arrived, make the repairs and offered some solutions to fix going forward. The price was excellent for the repair and response and service even better.

Steve went my house in the new year to help me, he found the problem was the gas had been cut because of a problem with the smart meter recently installed. He did not charge me. 1 hour ago I had gas again.
I felt so guilty for not paying anything - how can someone fix your problem in the new year, not charge you and solve your problem? I tried to give a tip, he said "no, we have to help each other here". It was one the biggest sense of community I ever felt since I moved to London. I tried to reach my wallet, but he didn't accept.

I have used GoGo boilers in times of urgent need and they have always been polite, professional and helped fix the issue even when they were overworked and out of business hours. I will be switching to them when my current contract support ends this year.

I cannot thank GoGo Boilers and Steve enough for the way they dealt with my non working boiler . I have an old boiler which I have been expecting to go wrong for a while and when it did I contacted a few repair companies and the majority all said, Its old will need replacing with a very expensive bill. As luck would have it GoGo was one of the companies and although they were aware it was old told me what the fault was on the phone and offered to come round with the part a few hours later , When Steve arrived he diagnosed it was a slightly different issue and after spending some time on it the

We couldn’t be more grateful to Steve from Togo boilers. Our boiler broke in the middle of winter and we have two young kids. Steve came out within 30 min of our call. Within an hour he had fixed our problem and given us some excellent advice on our options for a replacement when the time comes. We will definitely be using GoGo boilers for our replacement!
