Recently moved in. Booked a service with CBG who came when agreed. Anthony was such a pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful guy, only too willing to help out in a very proactive and helpful way. Even showed me another way to bleed a radiator as the nipple was destroyed. Others had said I would need to replace the radiator. Checked out a few other issues in the same way. Splendid service. The invoice arrived by email shortly after and was very reasonable. Excellent service and highly efficient in addition to pleasant. A rare combination. I don't usually do reviews unless really impressed.

It is now near enough six months since we had our heating serviced, a new oil tank installed and a power flush to the system. We couldn't be more pleased with the way it has improved the heating to our home. Thoroughly professional, the two engineers Richard and Steve were top blokes, Richard in particularly helping us out by discovering a serious water leak we had. Would highly recommend.

A few years ago we had a boiler installed, and the installation fully certified. For 7 years the service agent passed the boiler and installation. Last year he noticed a problem, and told us the installation was At Risk. Several contractors have viewed the job and advised on the remedial work, and left quotes only to change their mind at the last minute. Three weeks ago, I contacted CBG Heating who inspected the job and supplied a quote within 72 hours. Yesterday the engineer did the job to the highest standard, and cleaned up afterwards. I wish I had contacted them in the first place.

I have recently moved house and needed to replace the existing boiler. Having no knowledge of oil boilers, I did a lot of research to find a reputable firm. I was not disappointed. Ben and Richard did a brilliant job of installing my new boiler, power flushing the system and fitting new thermostats on the radiators. They were hard working but took the time to answer my endless questions about the new boiler. I would certainly recommend this company should anyone require such work to be carried out. No doubt I will be back next year to replace my oil tank. A job well done.
