An annual service is the basic requirement for all gas appliances, to make sure they are working safely and efficiently. If you have a fault on your boiler or heating system, High Efficiency Low Carbon Ltd are here to help! Under the Gas Safe regulations, all new gas appliances must be registered with Gas Safe / Building Control.
I started my modern apprenticeship in 1996 with Sheffield Direct Services (Sheffield City Council). I worked on various sections, with the work ranging from basic plumbing to full heating installations and gas maintenance and repair. I spent a total of ten years gaining experience and knowledge. In 2006 I left and formed my own company High Efficiency Low Carbon Ltd.
This keeps the warranty valid. The service details should be recorded in the boilers' logbook. Just like with your car, every 10,000 miles or each year, you get your car checked over to make sure that it's working at its best. The same applies to a boiler, as this is a working piece of machinery in the same way and needs to be checked out.
