Excellent gas installation service. Ben visited and was polite and courteous. Replaced old boiler in half a day. Arrived on time and kept things clean. Did everything asked of him. We live in challenging times so it was refreshing having someone who was cheerful and enjoyed his work. I find jw.org provides excellent advice to help maintain a positive outlook for the future. All the information is free so please have a look.

I first came across 1st Call three years ago following a friend's recommendation. An elderly relative's boiler had broken down literally just before Christmas and they were in urgent need of help. 1st Call came to the rescue and impressed with their speed of response, professionalism and overall quality of service.

1st call gas services was employed by my landlord to replace our ancient boiler. The communication was good, they helped us with very little notice. Came at 8am,no mess no fuss, the lads were friendly and very efficient and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot begin to tell you how from been give their no by recommendation, how my very first phone call was like a weight lifted off me.
At the end of the phone was a Company that cared , that gave good advice, that wanted to help resolve the problem .
I have never felt such a instant customer support.
They came planned what was to be done. Dave is a absolute star.
Removed my old boiler , replaced for a combi boiler and put it upstairs.
They covered my carpets, the team work so well together.
They are constant non stop, this is deffo the team and Company I will always refer .

Our gas boiler wouldn't work last night, first time we turned it on this year. The pressure gauge was reading just over 3 on the dial which indicated there was a fault and to call a service engineer asap. Having seen other reviews of satisfied customers I called 1st Call and an engineer was at my home within the hour which was excellent service. £70 was quoted on the phone which turned out to be £84 with VAT which wasnt mentioned at the time of booking. The engineer drained some water out and was here 10mins. The heating is working now, but £84 is abit OTT

Should be called 1st Class Gas Services!! Great service, great communication. Really nice lads that came to fit my new boiler, done a great job, very clean job they done and they were both very professional and COVID friendly (wearing their masks at all times). I've had a bad experience with another company that failed to wear their masks and keep a distance when doing their job, so it was great to see these guys were sticking to the rules and being professional. 100% recommended!

I was recommended 1st Call Gas for our annual gas boiler service, the office staff were a delight on the phone and their engineer prompt and efficient.
