Our old boiler failed a safety inspection after 34 years service and parts we no longer available for a repair. A local firm quoted us 2500 + the cost of a plasterer to make good alterations to fit a new combi boiler. A friend recommended Home Direct 24/7 so we gave them a call and an engineer popped round to see us the next afternoon.

Great company and a great service, they really know how to look after there customers. Boiler failed in the start of winter when temperatures had dropped and us up and running in no time at all. Ignore previous reviews as these were dishonest people trying to take advantage.

24/7 homerescue is just a day light robbery, They get you in with colorful ads and kick you out with robbing you pockets. A clear rip off.
Never join this horrible company. They let us down with broken boiler trying to charge us for labour and parts,while we had the most expensive policy with them unlimited repair without charges.
This rip off company let my family of 4 kids down in cold days trying to rob us. Very irresponsible I can make it short a BIG THIEF. I report them to trading standards.

Have been with this company from early this year.Have not had a problem with my heating system until teatime yesterday when it went faulty.Called the company and they came straight out and fixed the problem.What excellent service
