I feel obliged to add my experience with this company and I am in fundamental agreement with the well-detailed account of Marie Bird. I have had a very similar experience, the basic difference being that I pulled out in time. When I went to the company to order the window the (presumably owner) said his son would come round and measure the window. His son did not come but he did instead. OK, no problem. When he came to measure the window he was amicable and even fixed a couple of screws to solve the problem I was having with the old windows. We related well and I felt I could trust his word. He

This company didn’t complete work properly. After only a couple of years hinge on window broke(this window was only opened on a few occasions), bifold doors not completed, now have a very misted window in one and the other two doors have inside seal faulty and you can even see the curtain move on a windy day, that of course is with the doors closed.
I phoned many times before getting an answer, then saying they would return call still waiting ( nearly a year now). I have left messages with no reply.
