Awful service, you message them and ring them for 6 weeks and ian never replied, never ring's you back, never replied to your text
It's only when you ring the office and tell them you canceling your order some one ring's you, then you have the job done and it's still not finished after a week and still you waiting for a call
Very very poor service hence while we holding the payment, would not recommend

Had a lean to conservatory built in September, there was a problem with door they came out to fix it , had another problem with the door also asked for a invoice for the work???? Contracted Trading Standards went to shop to tell them about this ,they came out to fix door but still no invoice it's now Feb 😡😡

After one and half month they lost my details on their file. That's very funny. I've been to Apollo office in Drybrook Square 3 times but that lady said they are working in your quotation. Also I rang many times but same scenario. Thing is my extention is ready but I don't have patio door for it because of Apollo. I went to Seven Days in Basford and they gave me price straight away and they will bring it 26 Nov. Never back to Apollo again even I would have one choice.

Amazing service, easy to deal with company. NO hard selling, and very reasonably priced. I had four windows replacing old wooden frames. The experienced fitting team were great and fitted the windows in half a day to a very high standard, resolving a number of problems they encountered once the existing frames were removed. The new windows installed are Swish frames and I had triple glazing installed. Excellent quality and with well fitting openers. All waste from the work including the old frames and glass were removed. What else can I say, I will be calling Apollo Windows when I need some more
