Used company to unblock my drains which was overflowing. As one of the manholes could not be accessed during the visit, the job was not properly completed. A rod was simply pushed down the drain to move along some of the debris (instead of removing it) and no jet wash of the drains. Full payment was still demanded which I eventually agreed, with the condition that a return visit if the drain blocks again. Shortly after they had left I was able to remove the manhole and drains were blocked again, and unfortunately after repeated calls they would not return to complete the job!

I would just like to say a big thank you to Damian and East Midlands Drains. They came out and unblocked my blocked drain without any fuss. I was worried that there would be lots of mess everywhere, but you couldn’t tell that they had been, apart from my drain is now completely unblocked. Five star service, many thanks Damian.

Had a drain blocked outside, which was seeping sewage onto my patio. Rang at 9am and Damian was here before 10 and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Great service and great guy - no hesitation recommending this company and although I hope I don't need to, would definitely use them again.

One word joke! Cowboy! Called late to ask for a price as stated 24hours , given a price and was told next day that was fine, arrived and was not in the best of moods as he diddent seam bothered and quoted ( I don't need this on a Sunday morning) one it's your job and if you diddent need it why come! Spent good part of an hour walking about no work carryed out, had the cheek to say to my parents money is time so can u buy me a drink, when my parents said what type of drunk he said a 20.00 one , also asked my mum for a cigarette and pointed to the packet , I feel this service was shocking and anyone
