Ask for quote for broken sewer Pipe, booked time and date for inspection which changed and then turned up late quoted £90 call out. Driver then asked for £90 cash. I wanted an invoice so it then went to £120+vat and then when the invoiced was emailed it became £140+vat Quoted £10,000 what a joke, 2 other quotes £3500 and £2000. First thing the owner said when I rang up for quote was "we don't rip anybody off !!!!!!"
Fortunately, I'm street wise pity an unspecting naive person.
