Go Wild Landscapes
Going wild still! We are pleased to say we are fully open for business and operating almost as normal! While the restrictions remain in place we are still able to visit gardens as open spaces and whilst maintaining social distancing we can offer consultations and garden designs as usual.

Our landscaping team is also operating again whilst maintaining social distancing and working safely outdoors we can design and build wildlife friendly gardens for you to enjoy. At a time when we as a nation are appreciating our gardens and wildlife even more this is a great time for you to get in touch!

The design process usually begins with a free visit to your garden, during which we can discuss the landscaping possibilities of the site and your desires for your garden design. Wildflower gardens attract bees and butterflies and birds to your garden. We can help you establish your own wildlife garden with our Wildlife Turf.
Services
Go Wild Landscapes was conceived and is run by Andrew Marshall, (pictured here with Gardeners' World presenter Rachel De Thame). We are a small business based in the Cotswold village of Leafield. Andrew's gardening passion began at an early age when he began working during school holidays in a tree and shrub nursery in the Lake District.
Andrew and his team transformed our dark, dank, slabbed-over garden into a Mediterranean oasis. The result is that our home feels transformed inside as well as out. Go Wild were a pleasure to work with from start to finish: any communication received a prompt response, the work started on the agreed date, and the project was finished to a very high standard.
The design process usually begins with a free visit to your garden, during which we can discuss the possibilities of the site and your desires for your garden. Walking around your garden together, we can help identify your priorities. For instance, are you already a keen gardener or would you rather have something low maintenance?
Creating a wildflower garden is one of the best ways to attract wildlife to your garden, and help the environment at the same time. There are huge advantages in giving up an area, perhaps a section of your existing lawn, to nature and a wildflowers! Wildflowers are in themselves 'wildlife' and will attract a wide variety of life including bees and butterflies and birds.
This is perhaps the most personal aspect of the design, and we have a particular style of planting which we use when clients have no other special preference. Plants are chosen for their visual impact, be it for colour combinations, form or structure, and also for their importance to wildlife and for culinary and aromatic reasons.

Excellent - the planning and design of a garden pond was exactly right and beautifully and efficiently constructed. A frog jumped into it 30 mins after it was finished!

We are delighted with our new garden. Our garden is fairly small and previously was a bit of a mess and lacked structure. Thanks to Andrew's fantastic design it looks and feels much bigger, is much more useable and now works as one coherent design. We had two patios built, a gorgeous curved wall, a stepping stone path and the lawn was built up to help soften the previous slope. All this plus a new fence and planting. The work was carried out very efficiently and all the team were hardworking and nice to have around. We had a couple of tiny niggles but these were sorted out beyond our expectations

My new garden is stunning. Andrew's design is superb, with all the features I hoped for - curvy, natural, different heights and textures, beautiful, and great for bees, hedgehogs, butterflies etc. Tom, Jim and Fred created the garden over 3 weeks and did it so well - with a lovely semicircular patio (a work of art Jim) a winding stepping stone path (I love it Fred) and raised curved green wood beds and a pond already populated with tiny moving creatures (thank you Tom). I am over the moon! Thank you Go Wild Landscapes!

We had our garden makeover done by Go Wild over a year ago, and I am a long time overdue writing this review! Our experience with Andrew and his team was very good, from the initial brief and plans stage, right through to the execution of the plan and the creation of our garden. When the team turned up to do the work they were a nice bunch of guys who worked efficiently and got the work done (including some hard landscaping) with quiet professionalism. When the work was done our garden was left tidy and transformed. Initially we were a little worried about the planting as it looked a little sparse

Andrew and his team have installed a wonderful wildlife pond with a shingle beach and waterfall, next to which they have laid a beautiful paved seating circle. Our own plants and newts have been transferred with great care and the result is an exceptional and tranquil retreat. Nothing has been too much trouble for this friendly and dedicated team.

Go Wild Landscaping, Andrew Marshall has exceeded our expectations and we have the most beautiful and interesting wildlife garden. Although our garden is small, we have a huge pond with beach which attracts masses of regular birds, drinking and washing in it. The wildlife turf is growing high and the planting is all perfect. Although it was a brand new garden it is flourishing and we love it. Andrew worked within our budget and was totally in tune with what we wanted from the garden. His price was very reasonable and the plan was so beautifully drawn we have framed it! The workmen were very nice

We asked for a design for our garden that would be easy to maintain with planting that would work for our garden. Andrew delivered us an excellent garden design, with a full plating plan that works for our needs and our garden. Overall, the service was fantastic, quick and great value, and what's more, they really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We would highly recommend Go Wild Landscapes!

Andrew and his team have done two major landscaping schemes for us in two different houses over the last 20 years, as well as one or two smaller jobs along the way. We have been in our current home for 11 years now, and were saying just the other day how wonderful the scheme is looking 10+ years on. The pond looks as if it's always been there, and the shrubs and trees Andrew put in 10 years ago have now reached an impressive size. The scheme achieves everything we asked for when we briefed Andrew: privacy, different heights and variety of colour and form. We couldn't have wished for a better outcome

Go Wild landscaped our garden four years ago. We wanted an informal, natural, wild-life-friendly garden with lots of plant movement and subtle colours. Go Wild achieved this for us and our garden has continued to evolve over time. We were reluctant to install a pond at the time of planning but Andrew convinced us this would make a lovely feature/focus in the garden and he has been so right. The pond has given us immense enjoyment and a haven of peace at the bottom of our garden.

We’ve used this company twice now to update our garden each time we moved house. Very happy with the craftsmanship but much more impressed with the professional advice and guidance. They prevented us from making some very unwise decisions about the garden. I also found them very approachable and have called them since for helpful advice about planting. I would recommend this company.
