Frame master completed windows at my mom and dads home recently. They were excellent value for money and communication throughout the process was very clear. On the day the fitters were courteous and so clean! We were expecting to have to redecorate at least part of the walls but everything was left like they hadn’t been there. We thoroughly recommend Frame Master. Thanks so much for the fantastic job.

We bought new front door and window for the inside of our porch from Framemaster and have been fully impressed with them.
While not the biggest job they will ever win, everybody was extremely helpful - from the initial contact through to the guys who fitted it.
The quality of the work is excellent and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum but the best thing is the comments from people when they arrive. We've gone from a drab looking, easy to break from door to a stylish modern look that has added security and value to our home.

Salesman arrived late, we are doing a full refurb/extension on a detached property requiring 8 windows, speciality window, bifolds and 2 new doors. When I said what windows we needed and added we did have a budget, the salesman told me Frame master would be too expensive, i asked why i wasnt told frame master were very expensive when i asked for a quote in their shop for the same? I never told or suggested what the budget would be, neither in the shop or to the salesman. Then he stomped off like a 5 year old saying he didn't want to do them anyway!! He either owns the business and doesn't need

Some good points but mainly bad.
I renovated an entire property and had around £25k of glass (plus a front door) from Framemaster so had a lot of interaction with the company to form an accurate picture about how they operate.
I could go on forever about the catalogue of problems encountered on the project, surrounding the glass, some of which I'm prepared to lay at the feet of our builder, but many others were simply down to poor management/service from Framemaster.
The issues themselves I could forgive, but I don't feel as charitable about the service in response, which mainly consisted of

The Salesman turned up late and did not even apologise, he was arrogant from the outset, he said he could have come in the afternoon, Hey? I obviously arranged an evening appointment as I couldn't do afternoon! he seemed very annoyed that I had not answered his afternoon call about that! although he had left no message.

After many months of prevaricating over replacing an existing extension or just replacing the framework with UPVC we spoke to Framemaster. After Larry visited us and expalined how much easier, quicker and of course cheaper we went for the repacement frame and windows. The work was done quickly and professionally transforming a leaky old space into a much more serviceable utilty room. I would have no hesitation in recommending Framemaster. There was no hard sell and the quality of the frames and windows along with the workmanship is excellent.

During the design stage we sat down with James and he helped design the door as well as gave us some great advice. The door was well fitted & you could tell the fitter (John) took pride in his work. The only downfall to this company is lack of communication. They failed to call me back or update me on my order on numerous occasions. The door was competitively priced & timescales was spot on-our new door was made to order and fitted within 3 weeks.

I really can't understand the one star reviews that this company has had, from start to finish we found them to be professional, friendly, hard working and reliable. The job was finished on time. They came when they said they would and let me know well in advance. All the work was done to a very high standard and when Larry called when the job was finished to see if everything was ok I told him about part of the concrete floor that had crumbled slightly. Two days later I had a call from Peter and the day after John came out

Initially a very good company untill you have an issue within your warranty, then you are treated like something found on the sole of your shoe by a hideous woman called "maureen". Was told by her that my failed door latch was my fault for not noticing a fault that was obviously occuring in front of me!!!! The warranty that they offer seems fantastic, but is not worth the paper its written on. Steer clear, absolutely no aftersales service what so ever and very rude when you are fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to talk to someone.

I was so used to having someone come into my home and talk at me about windows and what my budget was it was refreshing when Larry came in and asked me what I wanted the windows to look like and didn't offer me a price on the night. I asked why and the response of “ we like to do things properly by offering a written quotation and drawings” I was already feeling more at ease. The quote as promised came through in about four days and I was over the moon with the presentation and price. I haven't had anything fitted yet but I thought this was the scariest part for a home owner inviting people

I had windows replaced with Framemaster this year. It was a big job and I was really concerned about my extensive gardens being damaged. I need not have worried - the friendly crew did a great job replacing the many windows and with no damage to my gardens!! My house looks great with the beautiful new windows that the showroom helped me choose - no drafts this winter! Thank you Framemaster

There are loads of shops like these in Hall Green and surrounding areas but what makes this shop stand out from the others is their reputation. Looking at their quality doors, windows and conservatories it was easy to see how they got their reputation as one of the most established companies, of this kind, in Solihull.
If the shop was any bigger it would be like a little maze with all the products they have on display. With things like this though I think it's better to see the product in front of you compared to on a piece of paper. I am yet to experience their fitting services but that
