Even though Seymour was on another job when I called, he let me know when he could get to me after his current job, which was not long after. The job was carried out successfully in a professional, courteous and timely manner. I was very pleased the work was completed so near to Christmas. I would highly recommend Seymour Locksmiths.

I had the misfortune of locking myself out of the house recently, the lock on the main door had failed. I contacted Seymour Locksmiths and the response was excellent arriving within 20 minutes.
I was immediately put at ease that the problem could be sorted there and then, and within a short time, to my relief the door was open.
The level of service I received was outstanding and extremely professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Seymour Locksmiths.

We were very impressed with Jeff, he answered the initial call promptly, arranged a mutually convenient date and time, phoned on the day to confirm his arrival time. He explained the problem with our locks and fitted new ones to comply with insurance company regulations and repaired our garage door lock at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Jeff at Seymour Locksmiths!! He was polite, professional and gave me excellent advice on maintaining my front door locks (even though he was changing a lock in the back!).
He was very quick and went above and beyond to sort the lock as well as the fit of the door in the frame at no extra charge. Very reasonable price and excellent service all round 👌👌👌👌
