I did a fair bit of research before buying a door from Doordeals as there seems to be a lot of sellers out there giving poor service. I was very impressed with Doordeals. The website was good and informative and on the couple of occasions I phoned calls were answered promptly and politely. The door was UK made which was important to me and took a while to come but it was made to order and delivered within the time frames promised. Communications around delivery and the delivery itself were excellent and it was delivered by their own van in perfect condition by a very friendly and helpful driver

Ordered custom doors and waited for them for two months
On arrival one door was chipped in a place that was not easy to fix - I contact them straight away to ask for a
Solution. They said I could send the door back and wait for a whole new one however after waiting so long and needing the door urgently I felt they could have just offered some money off for the damage but they refused to work with me and cover the damage. Terrible customer service would not recommend or use again. That’s not how you treat customers who have spent so much money on doors.

I have been one of those customers that has contacted these guys for everything - a few times about delivery times. After that it was other questions about the doors and fitting advice.
Every single time I have dealt with a friendly person over the phone or on email.

I had been looking for a specific door to replace my front door and was experiencing severe supply issues. Door deals responded to my stock enquiries promptly and luckily had the one I was searching for in stock. I had been let down by two other door suppliers who had taken my order and payment before informing me they were out of stock until May. The process of ordering and delivery was quick and efficient and staff very friendly and helpful. I received my order within five days and am very pleased with the product. I am pleased with the price I paid for the item and delivery.
