Bought a door and had it fitted. The lock has broken, phoned company they can’t come and repair it for 4 days, even though I am unable to secure my property. Read your small print they have 14 days apparently to rectify the proble problem. Not very useful when your door is unable to lock.
He got rather aggressive when asked how long the warranty was and if couldn’t rectify the problem, who should pay for it to be dealt with

Started off with a few jobs to do in Autumn 2020. Completed first two jobs no problem but the the final job wasn’t fixed on first attempt and it took multiple visits and god knows how many phone calls (a good number unanswered) over months, to finally get it so. We were given the impression that everything was included in the initial quote but after it had finally been completed, we were informed there was an additional cost. Nobody had mentioned this during the months of chasing to get the work done or during the time spent completing the work. It was only revealed following a call a week later
