Unfortunately our experience of this company is poor. John has twice failed to do what he promised. Firstly, he promised to call back to make an appointment in order to measure up and provide a quote - he didn't.
Giving the benefit of the doubt we chased up and fair enough he came around that afternoon, advising that we would get his quote the following week. We didn't and that was over 3 weeks ago.
I'm not certain If John did not want the work or if there was another reason but John either needs to either be A) honest with customers and tell them he is not interested or B) improve his processes

I would certainly recommended HoE Glass and Glazing, they came to my house when I was having trouble get a sofa in the house and it had to be left in the back of the house as it wouldn’t go through the doors.John came removed the window , then helped me carry a large sofa and chair roughly a good 150 metres and put it through the front Wiindow.… That he had taken out. This was all done over the Christmas period where I’m sure John would have preferred to be doing something else.he replaced the window s and left everything really clean and tidy . Nothing was to much bother for

Came to give me a quote and simple disappeared when I agreed to get the job done. Please avoid at all cost as not trust worthy.

My dads back door and garage door has never closed correctly. Heart of England glazing did not fit them. This week John came and repaired both of them really showed attention to detail. My elderly father could not of been happier. Said they close better and easier than they ever did before. Thank you John.
