PZ Cussons' vision was to create a new office design set to drive increased business efficiency through innovative interior designs, promoting future growth and evoking a stimulating business environment. Continuing our relationship with Orega Business Centres, Preferred Spaces design and built 19,000sqft of CatB grade A office accommodation. Features include a business lounge for the residents, bespoke coffee stations and feature walkways with illuminated artwork. The project was opened early and completed in 12 weeks with a revenue of over 700k.
