1st experience using them (during covid) had a washing machine fitted quickly and with no issues. 2nd experience was abysmal. Extremely poor communication, took weeks and weeks for them to get hold of appliance we needed. No communication during this time. Left to us to repeatedly call them, most of the time line busy or no answer. Covid was blamed. appliance arrived- no one called to arrange a fitting, I called them they told me appliance was not there! Told them yes it was we had message to say it had arrived. 'oh yeah it has'- Covid was blamed. Gave us a 12-4pm installation slot, 4.10pm no sign

Absolutely superb service from the Staple Hill branch this week. My machine gave up the ghost on Monday. I popped in and ordered a new one on Tuesday afternoon from a lovely sales assistant and it was fitted by 10am the next day. The price was excellent, cheaper than anywhere online and included fitting and taking away the old machine, plus some great advice from the really helpful engineer. I cannot recommend Eddy's highly enough.

Had brand new washing machine installed, old machine taken away, friendly,polite, quick service very happy that Eddys Domestic Appliances were able to find me a washing machine within my budget The make I wanted nothing was too much trouble to find the product I wanted. Excellent customer will recommend them it's always best to shop locally , thank you.

We realised this morning our fridge freezer wasnt working. Being that we're in lockdown currently I really wondered if we would be able to get a replacement. I knew John Lewis were closed and probably wouldnt deliver too soon. Then I remembered Eddy's, Donestic Appliances. I've had a Number of items from them in the past. So I gave them a call and they didnt disappoint. They had a choice of two within our price range. Made my choice, paid over the phone and probably 40 mins later their delivery vehicle arrived with our new fridge freezer. I cant fault them, they always give exemplorary service

Booked in a repair for my washing machine. Was given a window of between 12pm and 4pm. Waited throughout this entire time at my place to let in the engineer but received no call or notice. Called the shop at 4.30pm and was told that the engineer was busy today and that they would "see what we can do" and that they'd call me back. Had no call. Wasted an entire afternoon waiting for them. Terrible service. Will not consider approaching this place and would not recommend to anyone else either.

Outstanding human beings. Called explaining seal on fridge needed replacing. Went through options of cost of seal/ replacement built in fridge etc. Decided to replace just the seal as a good make and model of fridge. Chap came to fit the seal and realised the hinges on door just needed tightening. They had full option of suggesting a new appliance but were decent and honest. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Eddy's Domestics!

About 2 years ago. One needed a new cooker and hob for a kitchen after the Council fitted a new kitchen. Had to be fitted in both cases not standalone. No more bending down.
Didn’t find what one wanted in the usual places or too expensive.
A brainwave was to use a search, so on Bing brought me to Euronics in the results. Turns out they were an association of independent electrical and electronic stores. Some names I recognised but interestingly Eddy’s Domestic Appliances featured as an Euronics member store. Further
