Bosch Fridge Freezer: experienced temperature problems with Fridge compartment. Covered on Warranty from John Lewis. AAC were contacted and engineer attended. Quickly identified problem (faulty temperature flap). Part ordered and engineer attended (rang in advance to give arrival time) and fitted in 15 minutes. All now working correctly

I had repairs undertaken by Chris, one of their engineers. He successfully fixed both my washing machine and dishwasher. I was so impressed by how professional and polite he was. Nothing was too much trouble, he was absolutely brilliant. I would 100% recommend Advanced Appliance Care Ltd. based on my experience of them today. Brilliant customer service. Had a message before hand to say engineer was on his way , arrived on time. Diagnosed the fault and ordered parts. Office called following day to give me a quote and booked me in for the next day available after parts was due. Will definitely be using this company again if I have anymore faults with my appliances.

Called out to a freezer repair, needed a new thermostat. Paid £72 for the call out which should have covered install of new part to fix the problem but they didn’t manage to get the part. No communication, I had to regularly ring & chase & seems there’s nothing they can do & that’s £72 gone.

I was given this company’s name by Fisher & Paykel as their “tame” local Technical Support for the area
Experience was.
1. Telephoned previous day, nobody in so left details and a Case Number from Fisher & Paykel.
2. Next no reply or enquiry for Technician appointment?
3. Telephoned direct. Waited 5 minutes. Then phone switched off whilst still waiting.
4. I telephoned back and let it ring for several minutes! The phone was picked up and I tried explaining that I had got a case number from Fisher & Paykel and as you are their Technical support for the area.

4 years ago someone reported that no one answered the phone when they called.
August 2014 I rang the company and within a few minutes a charming lady by the name of Stephanie answered and I was able to book an engineers visit. They have obviously improved their service. I will report further after the engineers has come.
