We repair around 85% of repairs on the first visit to make our repairs Fast, Friendly and Efficient.

My washing machine drum stoped turning and showed it needed a service. I spoke to Dave over the phone and he stated it was more than likely to be a motor issue and i was better off going to Samsung for the 10 year warenty. So nice to know someone can be stright with you and have your best interests at heart. He is now on speed dial for any other machine issues we may have.
