We are a relatively new design-led practice, with vast experience pre-Marshall McCann Architects, working on many multi-million pound, awarding projects. As a young practice, we are hungry and have capacity; we are friendly, happy go lucky and enjoy our work. We provide a free consultation via zoom before you decide to choose us, with no obligations. We tailor our fee to suit your budget and needs. We are a design-led practice, with our first project winning 'House of the Year Ireland 2019', following with a consecutive win in 2021. As a young practice, with experience of working on many award-winning projects, we are hungry, keen & strive for innovation and beauty.
With a Passive House or PassivHaus designed building, the core focus is reducing the requirement for heating and cooling. This reduces the overall energy consumption and heating costs, creating an energy efficient home. Passive House requirements also set out to provide good indoor air quality and thermal comfort.

We have just finalised our plans and have been granted planning approval with no issues, I cannot thank or recommend Marshall McCann Architects enough, they have been so patient and understanding with us, they having guided and advised us throughout the whole process. We are so excited for the next stage of our build. 10/10

Extremely pleased with Marshall McCann Architects and our new complex self build. We set out our objectives at the start of the journey and Martin and Roisin where excellent throughout, from planning right through to completion. Our main objective was to have a manageable sized house and a Budget of £200k which now includes, 4 bedrooms inc master, ensuite and walk in dress room, main bathroom, utility room, back toilet, open plan kitchen dinning room, second living room and a walk in closet. Fantastic service. We dealt with Martin, and he couldn't have been more helpful. Everything we needed was done as soon as we asked, to an exceptional standard. He undertook the role of Architect and project manager and removed all the stress out of our renovation/extension.Couldn't recommend Marshall McCann highly enough.

We would like to thanks Marshall McCann Architects for all their hard work, we are really impressed with their service and attention to detail and couldn’t have asked for more. They have designed us a house that will have very cheap heating costs and they went to great lengths to help us. I am from a design background myself and would definitely recommend them to anyone, we love the house they have designed for us can’t wait to get it built now.
