This is fixed wiring testing. Domestic periodic inspection and testing is generally conducted every 10 years or change of tenant in rental properties. We also carry out fixed wiring testing periodically on commercial properties to comply with current regulations. This can be from annually to 5 yearly depending on the premises.

As well as installation of solar PV systems we have several other energy saving products available. LED lighting can be just the replacement of LED lamps to existing light fittings. We can survey your premises and evaluate your lighting requirement and provide a scheme with recommendations. In many cases it is possible to replace all the light fittings with LED variant and the energy savings will repay the outlay within around 3 years.
PJD Electrical ltd are a contracting company based in Burstwick covering Hull and Holderness. We are a small but growing team currently employing 7 Electricians, 2 apprentices and an office staff.
