They were at a neighbours property when they were working.my house washing and cars got covered in dust and debris that flew across the wall. They showed no consideration for neighbouring propertys while they were there (that was after days of noise) When we went to see the workmen to tell them what they had done we were just met with threats.

Blocked drains -nightmare until KwikFlow Gateshead arrived - Neil McDonough friendly professional very knowledge -soon sorted the problem. Explained what he was going to do ,then explained the CCTV images ,advised not just us but our neighbours also about preventing future problems. No mess all done very safely. Cannot fault this service or the price which was almost half of that quoted by others. Will recommend without hesitation.

Thanks for a quick and positive response to clear our sewage blockage today (NE38 Washington). Your engineer gave great cutomer service. Called Kwikflo for a CCTV drain survey. They came pretty quick within the next week and was completed. My problem started when I wanted repairs doing. They have different departments for different job requests and the repair team are very slow at getting back to you, I I fact had to persue this 3 times to get a quote through to which I did not need nor want as there was only one repair I needed as the other repairs were down to NWL. I again rang 3 times and was told someone would get back in touch with me and I am still waiting. I have ended up going with a small local company who has been very

Absolutely excellent service from the staff at Kwik Flow. I sent an enquiry very late in the evening and they turned up literally at the crack of dawn the next morning to clear a drain blockage - even though it was in the neighbour's property.

The service, advice and information offered by Kwikflow was first class. Explanations given by both Neil, the engineer, and Jacqui from the administration staff, on what was needed to rectify my drain problem and how the job would be carried out, were clear and concise.
