After contacting my housing association Grand Union about my blocked toilet they sent their plumber out. He quickly realised it was a job too big for him and asked Dalrod to attend. Kev from your team attended the same day. He was extremely thorough and realised it must have also been affecting my neighbour so attended there too. On realising it was a problem with the main sewer and as it was by then late in the day on a Friday he suggested my best course of action would be to call Anglian Water. He gave me all the information I required to tell them as well as his phone number should they need

Dal rod came round today approx 14:00 on behalf of Grand Union Housing after I beat the drums for 4 days to Grand Union to sort our drainage issue.
Our toilet and external piping/drainage was well and truly blocked, these guys were quick, professional and ensured the job was fully complete before leaving. Would highly recommend.
