I've worked in HVAC engineering for 18 years and during that time I have personally managed a large amount of Gas Safe Engineers. Having bought a house 130 miles away from any of my current team members I spoke with A.G.A.S.I and arranged for a visit. Keith turned up bang on time. He was friendly, helpful and very knowlegable. I wouldn't hestitate to use him again and I would recommend him to anyone needing a similar service.

Haven’t used this company but now I definitely will avoid.
The gentleman turned up in the van to yarmouth B&Q, was rude and angry towards staff and got angry and shouted and me and my partner who were following the social distancing and one way systems because in his words “he’d been waiting to long”. If that’s his attitude I’m truly surprised he has any customers at all as there was a total lack of respect for those around him. Maybe staff should think twice before speaking to people in such a way when driving the company van as it reflects poorly on the company.

I was contacted by this firm with the offer of a virtual consultation during Covid, provided free of charge. As we are shielding we can't have anyone in but this firm offered to help us. I've followed his advice but once Covid is less prevelant I would have no hesitation to have this firm sort out by boiler physically. Thank you so much Acle Gas

Very helpful during these hard times helped my mum out withissues he was having even though it was more electrical than gas he helped us d gave us well needed advise and pointed us in the riht direction great guy and mums grateful too she's 74 and self isolating came to her aid just whwhen he was most neededthank you mih for you time and help many thanks.
